Plan International Canada’s Girls Belong Here program creates opportunities for self-identifying girls, young women and gender-diverse youth to connect with leaders and claim spaces across civil, corporate, academic and government sectors.

I had the privilege of leading a small and nimble production team that followed a few youths and captured their experiences stepping into a leader’s role for several days. The production resulted in a bank of b-roll clips, timelines of on-the-fly interview soundbites from the youth and the leaders, and multiple documentary-style promotional pieces.
