Dexcom’s G6 continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system empowers patients and their healthcare providers (HCPs) with real-time glucose data for better diabetes management. Knowing HCPs’ time is limited, Dexcom created a video series to streamline onboarding HCPs on how to use Dexcom’s CGM technology with their patients. 

I distilled the HCPs’ complex training materials into concise, accurate scripts to keep the videos clear and engaging. I also conducted brief pre-interviews to ensure each script matched the on-camera HCP’s authentic voice, making the videos natural, informative and easy to follow.
