As part of a Guinness World Record-breaking team of story producers, we worked to identify stand-out personalities among hundreds of contestants. I observed live filming from the master control room to log and tag action in real-time, identify interesting emerging storylines for the senior story producers and write and communicate on-the-fly questions to field producers. At the end of a shift, I would collaborate with senior story producers to complete end-of-day master story docs and logs. I was also trusted to work as part of a small team to produce friends and family surprise visits for the final contestants.
